Update on Version 0.013 Mobile Version & Patch Notes

The new release for the game is available for PC and MacOS but unfortunately I'm having problems with the Android version. The video I used before to know how to export the file to an APK was taken down and it was the only tutorial that I knew of that actually worked. I've spent about 5 hours today trying to get the game running on Android to no avail. I'll keep trying to figure something out but for the moment the Android version is still unchanged. I'm really sorry about this, especially since Android users are the majority and it's been so long without an update. I'll be making this my priority to figure out.
Here's the relevant patch notes for this update.
V: 0.013
Major Changes:
- Adjusted minimum damage calculation for all skills and attacks. They now work as follows:
- Pyromancer & Sorcerer deal 20% of the skills magic attack before defense calculation + a bit extra depending on the skill tier.
- Enchanter deals 15% of the skills magic attack before defense calculation + a bit extra depending on the skill tier.
- Druids deal 20% of the skills magic attack before defense calculation + the characters level + a bit extra depending on the skill tier.
- All other classes deal 10% of the skills damage before defense calculation + a bit extra depending on the skill tier.
Ex. Math.max(a.atk * 3 - b.def * 2, a.atk * 0.3 + 3) meaning whichever number is higher (either the [a.atk * 3 - b.def * 2] or [a.atk * 0.3 + 3]) will be chosen as the damage dealt. This is to ensure you never do 0 damage and to scale the minimum damage with the stronger skills.
TLDR: every skill and attack now has a minimum damage based on how much damage it would originally do without taking into account enemy defense.
- ***Added on-screen mobile controls, still needs work though but it should be a lot more playable on mobile now (I just don't have the time right now to figure out why it isn't working like I want it to). You can toggle between touch controls and the new controls with the "M" button on the top left.
***This may not be included in this version when I get it running because I've been having a lot of problems with the plugin.
- I moved around the Swordsman skills in the database which means you'll need to start a new game to have the class work properly (Sorry, they weren't organized well in the database).
- New skill for spell casters that are automatically unlocked at level 15 & 30. The spell 'Mana Alignment' allows you to use TP to recover some mana and increase attack.
- Boost Action has been changed: Everyone now only has a max of 2 boosts and no longer generate one every turn. Boosts can now only be obtain from new potions that give them, and spell casters now gain a spell at level 10 and 25 that give 1 & 2 boosts respectively. Boosts now give a much larger bonus to damage and effects to reflect this (This all may change in the future but I'm trying to make boost actions more valuable and worth using).
- Footstep sounds added when moving. There are 8 different sounds depending on the tile your stepping on; wood, grass, water, stone, tile, carpet, sand, & a generic audio used if none of the others fit. You can toggle this on/off in the tutorial room.
- New Forest Hideaway in The Valley of Trees, including a short mission, a cave, and some secrets.
Minor Changes:
- A new armor, headwear, and accessory added in the new cave dungeon that gives a bonus if all 3 are worn (I'll add more bonuses like this in the future).
- New accessory that gives double gold gain and a few gold every time the wearer is hit (This accessory has to be found).
- Druid now deals a minimum amount of damage like everyone else with the basic attack (I mistakenly changed the old attack that the class doesn't use anymore instead of the new ones).
- Fixed some softlocks in the Bandit Mountain Camp and removed an event that gave the quest flag for the area (It wasn't supposed to be there).
- Aquamarine City fast travel scroll now works (I guess I never tested it because it didn't have the related event on it to make it work).
- Fixed some of the events in the Druid Trial not saving their location (notably the lilypads).
